25% deposit upon reservation, the balance is payable locally on arrival in U.S. dollars. Cancellation policy. Low season: deposit refundable up to 30 days before the start of the rental. High season: deposit refundable up to 90 days before the start of the rental. For rentals of one month or more: add $20 each time you want to use the house-cleaning service. Bikes and bike locks are provided at no charge against a deposit of $100.
